Governing Documents
The Association's governing documents include:
- Articles of Incorporation legally establishing the Association.
- Bylaws describing the governance of the association by a Board of Directors and the conduct of meetings of the members and of the board.
- Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs or deed restrictions) describing owner's responsibilities to the association (including the payment of dues and assessments), the association's duties to the owners, and the architectural restrictions of the association.
- Covenant & Enforcement Fine Policy describing the notifications and levying of fines for violating the CC&Rs.
- Management Certificate describing the county records of the association, contact information for the association and its designated representative (community management company), and website with the governing documents.
